Aglaonema 'Key Lime'

White petioles give Aglaonema 'Key Lime' a clear pale structure beneath the patterned leaf blades. Above them, pointed leaves carry yellow-green, grey-green and fresh green sections across the blade.

This cultivar grows into a fuller upright Aglaonema with a broader leaf mass as it matures. A stable pot helps balance the wider petiole structure once the clump starts spreading upward and outward.

Aglaonema 'Key Lime' white petioles and lime foliage

  • Leaf colour: Green, yellow-green and grey-green sections create a bright patterned blade.
  • Petiole detail: White petioles sit clearly below the leaf surface and add contrast at the base of each blade.
  • Leaf shape: Long, pointed leaves rise upright and layer over each other as the plant develops.
  • Growth habit: The clump can become wider and heavier as the white petioles and pointed leaves mature.
  • Leaf pattern: Pale central markings and deeper green sections give the leaves clear definition away from direct sun.

Aglaonema 'Key Lime' growth in a pot

Aglaonema 'Key Lime' grows from short stems with firm, pale petioles that hold the leaves upright. Mature plants spread outward as new leaves open, so the plant needs enough pot stability for the wider top growth.

The white petioles and pale leaf sections mark quickly under direct sun. In very dim light, new petioles may stretch and leave wider gaps between the leaves.

Aglaonema 'Key Lime' care basics

  • Light: Give Aglaonema 'Key Lime' bright filtered to medium indirect light. Direct sun can brown pale leaf sections.
  • Watering: Water after the upper substrate has dried. Let excess water drain fully so the base of the stems does not sit wet.
  • Substrate: Use a chunky, draining mix with enough moisture retention to keep watering even between dry-downs.
  • Temperature: Keep roots warm and protect them from cold, wet substrate. Chilled roots can damage the lower stem area and soften petiole bases.
  • Pot choice: Use a stable pot once the leaf mass becomes wider and heavier.
  • Leaf care: Dust shows easily on pale petioles and patterned leaves, so occasional wiping keeps the surface clear.

Aglaonema 'Key Lime' problem signs

  • Brown pale patches: Direct sun, heat stress or inconsistent watering can mark yellow-green leaf areas.
  • Yellow lower leaves: Wet substrate around the lower stems is a common cause.
  • Soft petioles: Check the root zone for cold, compacted or waterlogged conditions.
  • Loose growth: Very low light can stretch the petioles and reduce the upright shape.
  • Crisped tips: Dry air, missed waterings or mineral build-up can show first on the leaf tips.

Aglaonema 'Key Lime' toxicity note

Keep Aglaonema 'Key Lime' away from pets and small children. The plant contains insoluble calcium oxalate crystals, so chewed leaves or stems can cause mouth irritation, drooling, vomiting and discomfort when swallowing.

Fluffy and Nice Omegaverse
Format: Kindle
… this would have made 5 stars but for 2 reasons. A.) there were quite a few typos; misspelled words, missing quotations, “the his” mistakes, and various signs that maybe a proofread would do good. B.) the writing was quite textbook. Late blooming omega is struggling with her new self, finds a absurdly wealthy pack of alphas, every thing is almost insta-love but she resists, then decides to love herself and let everyone be happy. Rian was my favourite (obviously the author’s favourite too because he got the most page time) but I wish we could see more of his CEO side? He went to work maybe ONCE the entire time. Gray was supposed to be the “growly one” but he turned out to be puppy dog. Lucas was a genius brainiac doctor - but also super alpha with an aggressive hindbrain with a breeding k*nk?? And then there was no actual “breeding”?? Spice 3/5 - normally omegaverse books are super high on messy smut but this was tamer. Romance 3/5 - insta-love that was then resisted because of personal hangup’s Plot 2/5 - weird paced head hopping, showing the same scene from different POV’s that made me feel like it was 2 steps backward, 1 step forward. Humour 4/5 - there were a dozen lines that genuinely made me chuckle out loud Would have been five stars but the lack of proofreading and the predictable plot made me unable to get up to ADORED IT level - four stars is still and official ENJOYED IT, y’all. This isn’t a bad rating. The “Club Heat” has intriguing possibilities so I’m going to give the second one a shot.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

Fun read
Format: Kindle
I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books. The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.

Stepbrothers, Secrets, and Sizzling Heat
Format: Kindle
Twisted Lies by Roxy Collins is a wild ride through family secrets, amnesia, and a steamy stepbrother romance. When Kelly discovers her life is built on lies, she ends up tangled with three alpha stepbrothers and an assassin who once helped her through a heat. The tension? Off the charts! The heat is real, and the complications are messy in the best way. Full of twists, secrets, and fated mates? You'll be hooked from page one! Love omegaverse drama with a dash of taboo? This one's for you!

Good read
Format: Kindle
The book has some good twists and turns, but truthfully I was so confused on some things. It didn't have a good flow for me personally. Not sure if it's due to typos or using him/her wrongly, but I thought Kelly was both a guy and a girl. Actually I still don't know, and it made me incredibly frustrated. It would refer to Kelley as him or he, and then again in another part of the story as her she and sister. On to the next book, I hope there is some clarity and a smoother flow. This is a slow burn, and I just don't know how much I care for the Alphas yet. Idk if I recommend.
